HDOUR provides an integrated event management platform that includes: – Attendance registration using QR and RFID technology – Management of guest and participant lists – Tracking attendance at sessions and workshops – Conducting surveys and voting – Capturing and managing photos and recordings – Creating event reports and statistics
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for events using HDOUR service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use HDOUR services for legitimate purposes only and in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
You are prohibited from using our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You are prohibited from attempting unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
Photographs or video recordings may be taken during events that use HDOUR service.
By participating in these events, you grant HDOUR and the organizing entity the right to capture, publish, and use these photos and recordings.
All photos and recordings will be deleted within two weeks (14 days) from the
date of the event’s conclusion.
Some of our services may allow users to upload or post content.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you provide, but you grant HDOUR a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use this content in the context of providing our services.
The content you provide must not infringe upon the rights of any third party or any laws or regulations.
The processing of your personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy.
You agree that HDOUR will retain your data and use it for marketing and advertising purposes within HDOUR only.
Your data will not be shared with any external party outside of HDOUR and Digital Analysis Information Technology Company (DAITCO).
